2011-2012 Registration CLOSED

Program Information

Welcome to the 2011-2012 Program Registration with Blaine Backcourt Club!

For the 2011-12 season two registrations will take place.  After team assignments are complete, if your child plays on a traveling team there will be additional fees of $150 for the traveling program and an additional $40 for fundraising.  These payments will be collected during a second online registration.

 
Online registration opens: 8/15/2011
Age Groups:
  • K - 1st Grades $50 (fundraising not required)
  • 2nd – 3rd Grades $150 (fundraising not required)
  • 4th – 8th Grades In-house $150 plus $40 fundraising*
  • 4th - 8th Grades Traveling total of $300 plus $80 fundraising * via two registrations ($150/$40 prior to preseason/try outs and $150/$40 after teams determined)
 * Fundraising cost inclusive of Spaghetti Dinner tickets.  (5 for $40 and 10 for $80)

 

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:  Player will need to provide proof of grade level and resident address. A copy of prior year report card and/or equivalent to demonstrate proof of players grade level and resident address is required.

ELIGIBILITY:  Eligibility for a player is determined by the school they attend (or would attend if they are home schooled or attending a private school). Only players that attend school in the Blaine Area Cluster are automatically eligible to play for the Blaine Back Court Club. It is also assumed that the player will attend Blaine High School in 9th grade. This encompasses the geographic area as determined by the School District.

This registration session will allow you to sign consents, complete contact information and submit payment.  To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or PayPal account information available.  Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account from REG.NGIN.COM.

REFUND POLICY for grades 4-8:  If requested prior to the start of the preseason sessions, a full refund, less $10 to cover processing fees, will be paid via check.

If a player chooses to not accept a team assignment, then the family will be refunded $100 via check.  The remaining balance of the registration fee ($50) and fundraising committment is forfeited.  This $50 pays for the value of the sessions, cost of gym time and the practice uniform which the player keeps.

Once teams start practicing, no refunds are issued.

SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM:  Families on free or reduced lunch program in the school district are eligible for a half of their registration fees to be reimbursed back to them (does not apply to fundraising commitment).   After the registration process closes, a scholarship form will be available with instructions.

Register and pay now, scholarship form will be available after registration for 50 percent reimbursement.
