The Blaine Backcourt Club (BBCC) is instituted to provide fun and development at various levels of basketball within a structured environment for the youth of the community. The BBCC provides an organization where youths in grades 4 – 8^th, currently residing within the Blaine High school boundaries, can play organized traveling basketball.
