Thank you to all the players, coaches, parents, family and friends for participating in the 2012 BBCC Boys Invitational Basketball Tournament. Over 900 players, from 94 teams, took part in 151 games over the weekend.

An additional thank you goes out to the people who had to move locations due to the facility issues that were experienced on Saturday. Your willingness to work with us and make the best of the situation was greatly appreciated.

The countdown has begun for our "Second Annual" Spaghetti Dinner.

Reminders and Dates:

Dinner and Fundraiser Events for the Youth Boys Event is being held Sunday, January 15th 4:30 - 8:00pm

Because we are expecting over 1000 people to be served your help in following this agenda is appreciated! Both sides of Bebops and The Elegance Room will be open to our entire event with buffet lines on each side.

Reminder that the serving times are broken down as follows:
4:30 - 8pm
5pm - 6pm 4th -6th graders will be served
(between 6 and 7 we ask that the first group finish eating and allow the next group to be seated and served)
7pm-8pm 7th - 8th graders will be served

The fundraiser events will be held in the Elegance Room and we ask that we all work together to ensure everyone gets a chance to participate.

Lunch and Fundraiser Events for the Youth Girls Event is being held Sunday, February 5th 12:30-4pm. Please remind your ticket holders that the times have changed due to Superbowl Sunday! ** More details to come for serving times for this event.**

Ticket stubs are due to coaches and/or team coordinators from the 4th-8th grade teams this Sunday. If you're unable to get them to your point of contact, please bring them to the event. Ensure that all stubs are clearly legible!
